How can I get my Shipping Cost back when the Seller agreed to pay me but won't now.
I did a paypal dispute but they did send me another product (It was the wrong product again) and the 30 day limit went over:(
They kept telling me they would pay for the Shipping costs after I gave them the Quote, so I sent the 2 wrong products back to them at $80.55AU and they only refunded my orginal product cost back.

Sorry but if a dispute has timed out there is nothing at all that you can do....disputes cannot be re-opened.
You were very lucky to get anything back but it was probably a lot less than the postage.

Leave apropriate feedback but don't mention anything about a Paypal dispute.
If you had read their negative feedback comments you would have seen that they ship the wrong items on a
regular basis and haven't refunded the return shipping cost to other buyers.

Unfortunately the 60 day feedback also expired. They took so long to send the products. If there is anyway to leave feedback after 60 days let me know?

No. There is no way to leave feedback once the 60 days have expired.
