Only if the sellers listing is private listing your identity is only seen by the seller and yourself no other bidders can see your identity.And you can't see theirs either.

Anything you bid on, your ID is disguised.

Sign out (click on G'day then you get the sign out option) then look at the bids on an item you have been bidding on.

You will see what others see. Your ID will be protected; if you win, the seller will get your real ID.
