What can you do?

1.Learn from this experience.

2.Always use a safe payment method such as paypal.

3.Use the buyer protection that paypal gives you.

4.Allow max 42 days for o/s delivery & then immediately open an inr case.

5 You have 60 days in which to leave feedback.

6.Read ALL the buying guides before bidding/buying.

7.Do your research-closely check sellers feedback.

8.Treat ALL China based sellers with a degree of caution.

Works for me !!!

If you funded your payment with a credit card, you may be able to initiate a chargeback on the payment (you will need to speak to your card provider, as different banks etc have different limitations).

It will depend on a couple of things - if you used a card to put funds in your account, then used the funds to pay for an item, the card provider won't be able to do anything at all. If you used PayPal and the payment was taken directly from the card for that transaction, then it's still a possibility (but as I mentioned, it will depend on the type of card and what limitations the bank have for these sort of things).

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

Would that be the small print you say you have read when you open your account?

Or the not-so-small print on every Paypal purchase that tells you to open a dspute within 45 days if you have a problem?
