How do I cancel an order

 I bought a bag but the seller contacted me to say she didn't have the colour I wanted so she said she would refund the money, what do I do next

You don't have to do anything now.

The seller may send you a Cancellation Request in order to get her fees refunded.  You should accept it as soon as possible and the transaction will be finalised.

Has she refunded you? If she has, you don't need to do anything else. If she sends a cancellation request, accept it as soon as you can. Once she's refunded, the item will show as being unpaid. Don't worry about it, just hide it from your purchase history.
