Sort story......Food vacuum sealer, sparks and ttttzzzt then white smoke.
Every neg feedback the seller has received had a reply note to indicate the seller would replace or refund. I can't even get a return email. Item came with 1 year warranty; I am being ignored. How do I get the sellers attention and a refund?

If it is less than 45 days then you open a Paypal dispute, assuming that was how you paid. If it is over 45 days or you paid by bank deposit you will just have to keep contacting the seller as a warranty on ebay is pretty meaningless unless it is a manufacturer's warranty and the seller is an authorised reseller.
