Several sellers have external power packs listed as 50000 mAh. This is clearly an absurd figure as there is no way that amount of storage would fit into the size of the packs, given the current Li-ion technology. It is 50 Ah, more than a car battery can hold.
I bought one to check it out and the true figure is somewhere around 6500 mAh. On querying the seller, they tried to obfuscate by mentioning losses due to heating etc, which could not possibly account for the difference. No doubt sellers are simply quoting figures given by their suppliers, and I suspect an extra zero has crept in along the way somewhere.
Anyway, as the problem is widespread I don't want to cause trouble for one particular seller but the form I need to fill in only lets me put in one seller and I can't find any way to tell eBay about this general problem without complaining about a single seller.

Hate to say it but you are probably wasting your time as ebay will rarely take not of reports from individuals as they could be rival sellers trying to scupper their rivals. Trying to police ebay yourself will be even less effective than bailing out a sinking boat with a thimble. Leave it up to buyers to police themselves and to check things out before buying and if they don';t to initiate return requests for not as described. Enough of those along with neg feedback will do them more harm.

Nothing to do with your beef, but 50AH is not a particularly large car battery. Which also uses an entirely different technology (Lead-acid).
As I said, nothing to do with your beef, but hyperbole weakens your point.
