You can select item location "nearest first" within a set number of kilometers.
However in saying that, I don't think it's very accurate. I used it yesterday and had a suburb about 250m away from me listed as being 80klm away...
but it might help a bit.
is on the left hand side of your search page under "advanced" or "more choices" (can't remember the name of the link, sorry) but next to where you can refine your search to Australia Only etc
