I have purchased a vintage outdoor setting that has been misleading and misrepresented by the text description on the item for sale.
It is in terrible condition and unsafe to use the chairs.
How can I get a refund for something that has no refund stated on the item?

seeing it was a pick up item you are supposed to check it out before you hand over the money and if no good
just walk away

If it was a pickup item you can't get a refund unless the seller agrees. Unlikely. You are supposed to inspect the item before paying and removing. As you paid and removed, you agree the items were as described and have no recourse to a refund.

Didn't you look at it before you picked it up? Test the chairs?
