Hi Camillewants,
The sender of your item should be able to provide you with the customs waybill numbers after they have posted your items. Depending on the type of service they choose to post your article, you may be able to track your items on the Australia Post website, or you can contact us by calling 13 13 18 to have us check our systems.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you run in to any trouble.
Kind regards,
Nicki

if you bought something from the US their postal service is USPS tracking
https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
However once is leaves the US tracking is not available and usually you will pick it up before it is scanned again.

might be worth a try, I can see a parcel I sent to U.S. on this site, actually arrived in LA, passed through customs, etc
