How does buyer block a seller

Hi,
what are my options to block a harassing and unethical seller, it’s seem to me that sellers have more protection than sellers.

eBay is almost always about the buyer

In what way is the seller harassing you?

Have you reported them to eBay, if they are harassing you through eBay?

Is it the seller you left the neg for who has the horrid feedback?

Did you buy the wrong thing or did they send you the wrong thing?

Did you open and follow through with an item not as described dispute if they sent the wrong thing?

You do not need to mess around with them if that is the problem

As for the unethical part, *if* it is the seller you left the neg for, their feedback showed you that before you bought from them

If the seller sent you the wrong item or there's a fault with it ,this link will give you the information you need to open an item not as described claim through eBay's Money Gack Guarantee

https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

The seller will need to send you a return postage label rather than

"before you decide to return product"

I'm not sure if you can block a seller, or if you can, it is certainly not a straight forward process anyway. Ebay would not want people blocking potential sales.

After looking at your feedback for others, it looks as if you had trouble with your latest transaction. Is that the seller harassing you?

If so, for goodness sakes, don't go returning an item off your own bat for an exchange.

You'd be asking for more trouble.

If there is a problem with your item, as in you didn't get what was advertised or it isn't working properly, just open an ebay claim for item not as described. You don't need to ask the seller, just do it. You only have 30 days from arrival of the item so you need to do it asap.

The seller then has to send you a paid postage label for you to send it back & then you will be given a full  refund.

Whatever you do, don't accept offer of an exchange. And you don't have to change your feedback either, no matter what the seller claims.

It could be that once the issue is resolved via an ebay claim, the seller won't continue to contact you, no point. If they did, you could report to ebay.
