How long does it take for money to be refunded if seller cancels sale?

Hi, I have purchased and paid for a tennis racket from an eBay seller and the seller cancelled on me.

It's been about 10 business days and my refund is still not processed back into my account. How long does the process normally take? It is such a pain trying to send a message to eBay to look at the cancellation number as they hide it through a thick layer just to get support.

I had purchased it through my Mastercard and it's really bothering me how long this process as taken. It's over $200 so it's not a small amount either.

It can take 5-7 days to go back to the funding source, depending on which bank you are with.
