How do I contact a seller who's item I want to make an offer to purchase as it has finished with no bids but this must be done through Ebay.?

Do they get our details to reply to us from EBay?

hi you can send them a message straight threw their id or you can go to the item

if you have it in watch and email from that

you can ask them if they are gonna relist it on ebay

and yes, they will see who sent the message so they can respond to you, the reply will go to your eBay messages, you won't need to provide them with any contact details yourself 🙂
