How to contact EBay directly and not talk to a bot

Hi all, 

Asking for some advice….. How do I obtain a list of my transactions during 2010 - 2012?  In particular, I looking for an item bought from the US which was refunded.   Transaction history doesn’t go that far back ,and the feedback doesn’t have dates or item descriptions.  Is there any way of contacting EBay directly.

Help (Top of page) to type chat with eBay, but I think it’s been way too long 😔

It is possible to request eBay transaction data by date range here:

https://www.sarweb.ebay.com.au/sar

The report takes a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within the next week or it expires. Purchase data includes date, item name and number, seller username, price and shipping. No pictures or descriptions.

If you exchanged feedback, you might be able to spot some transaction data in your feedback left or received.
