Buyer had kept sending emails asking if item had arrived and saying it should arrive soon. Seemed very concerned to provide customer service. Item arrived after the 45 days had elapsed. Item was not as described but too late to open Dispute Resolution. Seller agreed to send an adaptor so that item would work. Again emails asking if item had arrived and saying it would arrive soon. Adaptor arrived after 63 days so I cannot leave feedback. Suspect Seller used time frame to own advantage. Wish there was some way to report this seller and warn other buyers but can't find a way to contact Ebay. Very diappointed all round with the seller, ebay and myself for being made a sucker.

This happened to me a couple of years back. Paid $250 to a seller in Canada for a Sydney Harbour Bridge 5 shilling stamp. He had great feedback and advised when it was posted . I don't know where it went but I received it 5 months later, well after I had written the money off. Remember, this was in the good old days when EBay was a happy and pleasant place, when feedback really meant something and we all wanted 100% feedback. No DSR's no Defects, no trouble.
I was so pleased to get my stamp but it was too late to leave feedback. I emailed him to tell him so, and he was happy.
Best wishes.

I suspect your seller sent the item by surface mail. which often takes 3-6 months to arrive here.
Postage fom Canada is notoriously expensive and a lot of sellers use and quote for surface mail without telling the buyer. If postage looks reasonable, always ask the seller what service they are using.
