How to return a faulty iteam

I purchased a Nokia 920 Lumia phone on the 11-03-2014 Item No 151017069012 New unlocked Nokia Lunia windows phone 8WP8

smatphone mobile 8MP 32 GB. Its a great phone, but does not work anymore. It will not switch on at all. Please send me your address so that I can return the phone for replacement.

You only have 45 days in which to open a dispute through paypal and this timeframe has well and truly been and gone so, sorry but I think you are stuck with a useless phone now. Lesson learnt i hope from not buying from a B&M store where you could have possibly returned the phone for repair/replacement.

1st off, sorry for the kudo. 😞 Pushed the button by mistake. Reading the Sellers terms, it does say 1 yr Warranty. I don't think you will get a new phone out of this, but they "may" fix the button, if you send the phone to them at your cost, + return cost ?  I really wouldn't count on it though .Contact the seller and see what they say.  Is it worth all the trouble ????
