I'am unable to contact my supplier they won't reply to emails or answer the phone what can I do?

I have ordered basswood plantation shutters and was given a delivery time that is comming up. I have tried to contact the supplier but they won't answer my emails and each time I phone them I go to message bank and they do not return my calls.

I have paid  over 4500.00 DEPOSIT. AM I A WORRIER?

If it isn't past the delivery date, leave the worrying until then. However if it is getting towards 30+ days, I'd be opening an item not received dispute (you have 45 days to do this). Sometimes no news is good news.

 

You did check their feedback etc?

Unfortunately the buyer says they have paid a deposit, I don't think they are covered by Paypal if that is the case as goods have to have been paid for in a single payment including a delivery charge to qualify.

 

I only hope the OP either paid direct by credit card or used one to fund their Paypal payment, if they did then they should probably contact their card provider re a chargeback.
