I'm not sure what the new Collection thing is all about except that it doesn't suit my purposes. I like the Watch List system but since they introduced Collections, I can no longer add an item to one of my custom lists. There used to be a drop-down menu where it now just says "Add to Watch List". Now I have to add it to my Watch List, then go to my Watch List and move the item from there into one of my own Lists, then delete it from the Watch List. Not my idea of an improvement.
The curious thing is that in the description of Collections and how to use them, the sample shows the List drop-down menu as it used to look.

Yeah, eBay have a problem with attaching the right stuff to the right link.
That's how they roll though.
What can ya do?
Is there a limit to how many things you can add to your lists? I know once I hit 200 Watched Items that it won't let me add anymore then.

I don't know if the custom Lists have the same restriction a the Watch List. I have so many custom Lists that I have never filled one up!
I do hope eBay isn't planning to get rid of the custom Lists though. Now I'm nervous all those saved items will vanish overnight.

Back everything up. The way the eBay Techs continually screw things up, nothing is safe.

Oh charming, one more opportunity for the stalking trolls to peek at your business. Isn't it bad enough that theyb can scroll through your photo albums (and that they'd bother?)

Every List can have 200 items on it and you can have 50 named Lists.
If you have trouble getting the drop down box to activate, try adding the item to your Watch List and then use the back button to go back one page, then click on the item again. That should activate the drop down list. Remove the item from the watch list and add it to your named list.
Also, you can try logging in to ebay again if you cannot get the drop down box....you only need to do it once and your lists will show for the rest of your browsing session.

Yes, it is another great eBay innovation.
you can make photos private. Go to your album and select pics.
go to image options, select move, then select where. There is a default private album.

I actually couldn't care, Ambs, I'm just still floored that somebody even took so much time out of their lives to troll through something like 400 pictures in someone else's photo album.
That's just freakin creepy and disturbed
