What message are you receiving when you try to purchase as you have already bought from them at least 4 times.
You have also left feedback that they may have taken offence at & blocked you.JMO
So what exactly is the message you get when you try to purchase ?

You could well be right, as it is off this person cannot bid on the items, but if a seller blocked this man from buying because of that feedback, then the seller was being far too precious, in my opinion. The feedback was very good, with just a small comment added on a couple of them that postage was a bit slow due to seller being on holidays.
If I read that, it certainly wouldn't put me off bidding. In fact, the comments about the products being good quality and good value would be inclined to make me more likely to bid.

If the buyer marked down the sellers postage DSR stars then the sellers site/search visibility may be lessened.
So although the comment may not stop a buyer from buying...buyers may not be able to purchase because they cannot find the
listing in the first place.
Although DSRs are "anonymous" sellers can run DSR research programs that give them a pretty good idea. However in this case
If the sellers postage stars dropped they have a pretty good idea who marked them down.
If the buyer marked down the sellers postage stars and the "seller is away and not processing transactions until
XX/XX/XX " was showing on the listingthen I can understand their actions. Ebay provide this as a conveniience so that buyer can
still peruse and sellers can have some time off wiothout ending all their listings and then reinstating them after their break
If the buyer did not mark down the DSR stars then I agree with you that the seller may be a little "precious"

You think that's bad-I edited my post 3 times & STILL managed to repeat myself unintentionally !!!
Anyway,to stay on topic lol, hope the OP comes back & tells us what the message states when they try to bid/buy.I still reckon it's because of the feedback but springy I agree, seller is over reacting a tad IMO if that is the reason.

This is the message I receive BACK :-
Sorry, the seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you at this time.
I am convinced he has blocked me.

ok so every seller on ebay has the right to block any bidder. if this seller does not wish to do any further business with you, you will need to purchase elsewhere.
