I am assuming that you are wanting to change your ID to 'epassword' but that it is taken already.

I did a search for user ID 'epassword' and it came up as not being a member

It may be that that is not allowed as an eBay user ID for some reason

And if it was someones ebay ID, I believe it takes some time before it's available again.
