Have you contacted the seller and asked?

How long ago since you bought and where did the have to come from?

Did you get a tracking number?

Keep in mind the 'estimated delivery dates are invented by ebay, very very rarely are they anywhere near accurate

Two things to try:

1) Contact the seller

2) If the seller doesn't respond, start an Item Not Received case - go into "My Ebay", find the item in your Purchase History, go to the right-hand side of the page, click "More actions",  and select "I didn't receive it":
