I have purchased Iphone in november 2017 with one year warrenty, however the touch screen stopped warking. i am trying to contact with buyer but not responding. I have paid thru my credit card thru emaiy. what is the process to complain about this dispute and claim my money back.

Not a good ides to buy from sellers based in China who have horrid feedback, especially if you are not using Paypal
I am not surprised they have not responded
Also, assuming it was from China from one of those dodgey sellers who have left feedback, the warrenty means nothing
I would be suprised if it is even actually a genuine Iphone
