I just requested to xxl an order and have been abused by seller and called a liar!@

I just want to ask if what I have requested is unreasonable??  I accidentally purchased 2 of something and when I requested to cancel my order from candycane toys I was abused and called a liar!!  The item hadnt been posted yet... I called them on the phone in an attempt to make life easy for both of us and In no way was I annoyed or angry but got a very rude reponse... Is it so wrong of me to request to cancel an order???  this has totally put me off buying from people on ebay you just dont know who your dealing with .... im disgusted

I did the same the other day, ordered, went to pay by paypal, couldn't for some reason. Went and looked and no order in my purchase list so reordered.

5 minutes later when I went to pay, I had two orders ?????

Probably a knee jerk reaction.     Just email for a cancellation request.
