Dear Sir, ebay removed that feedback without consulting me .I SENT ALL MY CORRESPONDANCE BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SELLAR to EBAY and pay pal and found in his favour so i lost my $32.00 . How would he prove they were posted on 9/6/13 on a sunday which was a long weekend please check all feedback from previous purchases for me REGARDS KERRY ARMSTRONG

You are talking to other members like yourself here, not ebay.
If you did not receive your items and Paypal found against you then obviously the seller provided proof of posting to your address and provided that proof to Paypal, if the AP tracking did not show as delivered then you should have appealed to Paypal. negative feedback will be removed if it contravenes the policies, things like mentioning a Paypal dispute will be enough to see it gone.
A seller's initial tracking can show as a Sunday if they use click & send and process the label then.
Their already extensive neg and neut feedback didn't stop you buying so your additions probably wouldn't have made much difference to the type of buyer who ignores all the warning signs, more circumspect buyers would not have bought from them anyway.

In addition your 3 negatives may have shown as three red dots but in effect would only have counted as one on the tally.
