I’m having trouble finding how to print a label for buyer to return item

Hi, buyer wants to return item and has lodged a return process with EBay

I have advised her that I will send return postage amount via PayPal- to do this I need her email for their ‘send and request money’ procedure
She has not responded to this -so - I’m trying to send her postage label via eBay- can’t seem to do this

 There are a couple of options.

To send a return label - generate one and email a copy of the resultant pdf file to them. They will need to provide a satchel, however.

Either go into Paypal or click reply to the Paypal notification email. Either should give you the buyers actual email address.
