I'm trying to contact you about a counterfeit item and it says it's been removed and contact PayPal.

The item 261452309368 Oakley Batwolf sunglasses is obliviously fake. I tried a refund with PayPal and they said I have to contact the seller. How am I suppose to get my money back when you know he's dodgy when he says he's from Australia not China. I really have to access if I'll do business with you again. I'll chalk it down to experience and be wary where the sellers are from because you don't!!!!

This is a member to member chat forum. We are all members here, just like you.

To contact eBay, go to top right of the screen and click on "customer support".

Once in there, find the tab "contact us" and follow the prompts to find the contact info of choice.

Heads up though, as eBay are not investigators of fraud, you will need to provide evidence from an authorized independent third party that the item is fake.

The item has been removed by ebay so they obviously know the item is fake.

You would have received an email from ebay telling you to open a dispute to receive your money back.

If you did open a dispute within the 45 day timeframe, did you escalate it to a claim.

Paypal would not have told you to contact the seller unless you have done something wrong during the dispoute process or left it too late to open the dispute.
