Dear me, why on earth didn't you chase this up sooner?
If you have paid via Paypal you are well past the 45 day period where you could have made a claim and got your money back.
If your payment was made to paypal via a credit card you MIGHT be able to get cashback from your bank if you asked your bank, though each bank has different rules about time before you can get money back.
If you've paid by direct deposit into their bank account you can wave goodbye to your money.
