I purhased this product on 18/09/013 paid $40.00 for it then paid $13.90 postage, I have sent the sender 3 emails to find out where the product is and no answer, now I have been told that i only have 45 days to resolve the problem. What can I do please. Thank You Suzie-q

If you paid with Paypal you need to click on the drop down menu on the right hand side of your purchase. Click on resolve a problem, then follow the propts to get to Paypal resolution centre. Open a dispute.

Not much you can do, you are outside the 45 days to claim item not received from paypal. About the only thing you can do is leave appropriate feedback for the sale. The only chance to get your money back would be if you paid by credit card through paypal then you could start a chargeback claim through your bank.

When you made the Paypal payment it would have been clearly stated on the page that you must open a dispute within 45 days so it should not have come as any surprise that you could not open one after that time period.
If you funded the payment with a credit card or a Visa debit card then you can contact your bank and ask if they can do a chargeback.
