I put a dispute about two weeks ago ,Iwas wondering how it went Thanx.

I have put in a dispute about the item I got doesent give all the nessesary paets for wot it said on the information ,It told me that it was alarm and a centre locking alarm ,but it was only an cetre locking device ,witch I already have on my car . I have untold messages to and thru ok, he at first sent me a msg saying he would give me $5.00 then in a week he said he would give me $7.00 I dont need it unless it was an alarm ,as well it was post free and he wonts me to send it back to him ,wot can I do about this dealer from China .......................  Thanking you Graham,,,,,,,,,,

If you have opened a dispute via paypal you need to escalate it too a claim.

Paypal will then give you the address to return it at your cost to get the refund of the amount you paid to the seller.

Free post was to get it too you BUT it is not free post to return it.

 

This is another reason to purchase from your own country.

 

The seller knows it will be at your cost to return it and it has to be via registered post which will cost heaps and they know you will not do it.

 

Leave neg feedback to advise others the item is not as described and either return to the address paypal give you or forget it and move on.

 

Add to the negs they have.

They have a lot of +ive feedback but nearly 4000 negs and neuts would have me hitting the back button.
