I sent boots back to US for refund and seller won't refund

Hi I have sent a pair of boots back to the US as agreed with the seller for a refund of the purchase price and the seller refuses to answer my emails and refund me the money, I am continuing to try and contact him but as yet no response. What do I do?

Have you opened an 'item not as described' claim with paypal? (assuming it is within 45 days so you can make a paypal claim).

Did you send the boots back by tracking as paypal would have asked for?
