I ordered a onesie for my daughter from a seller in Hong Kong way back on June 9th this year. They had a very good percentage of positive feedback and the expected time of delivery seemed reasonable. I waited and waited, and then when it had not arrived by mid July I contacted the seller and told them it had not come. They said to wait 3-5 more days, so I stupidly did. Then they took their time getting back to my next message saying the item was still not here. Again, a few more days of toing and froing, double-checking my postal address, checking if I had checked at the post office, etc, etc and then on 23rd July they claimed they would send me "another one" the following day and to wait 20-25 business days to get it. Fast forward to nowm August 28th and of course still no item. I have messaged them four times in the past week asking about it and they are ignoring me. I now realise that this has gone past the 45 day limit for complaints through eBay or Paypal, and I can't even seem to be able to leave negative feedback (perhaps that is why their precentage is so good? Those they string along like me are all very unhappy but unable to say so).
Is there anything I can do about this? I don't want this company to get away with taking my money, making me wait all this time (my daughter has asked every single day after school if her onesie has arrived, poor little girl), and if I am not able to get my money back, I would at least like to have some possibility of warning others.

Take this as a valuable lesson - never let a seller string you along till after the 45 day cut off even if the excuses seem valid.
You can start a claim within the 45 days and then you can still wait another 20 days before you need to escalate it if you want to wait a bit longer to see if your product comes so they have plenty of time to make good or for slow post.

Hi, unfortunately, there is now nothing that you can do. Once those deadlines pass, your window of opportunity for informing other eBayers about your experience has passed (You have 60 days) as have your chances of receiving a refund.(as you know you have 45 days for that)
I guess that all you can really do now is hope that your item does arrive or that eventually the seller will refund you.
There are many users on eBay, and thus they and PayPal have pretty strict guidelines about the procedures to follow, and it is not my experience that they will make individual exceptions.
I hope that your item turns up.

If you funded your Paypal payment with a credit or Visa debit card contact your bank and see if yu can do a chargeback. Most of the big banks will do it but some only allow up to 90 days and smaller institutions like credit unions and on line only banks will not cover 3rd party payments made through Paypal.
