International Hub

Hi All, I'm a long time eBay user ( 24 years as buyer & seller) but am having difficulty with an item that was purchased in the US and seems to be stuck at the International Hub in the US. Item was purchased 3 weeks ago and tracking still shows it at the International Hub in the US. Seller states it is out of his hands once eBay have collected but I can't find out who to contact at eBay to assist? A new tracking number has been issued but that also shows it still at the International Hub. Usually items I purchase from the US take about 2 weeks to arrive.

International Hub

The new tracking number probably won't be scanned until it reaches Australia, so unless you can open a dispute if the ETA has passed, there's really not much you can do at this stage.
