A courier would be too expensive, plus they do not have the expertise or equipmen to move furniture.
Look for a Removalist from the area that you want to send the item to and ask about backloading. You may have to wait a while to get a truck going back to the area but it will be the cheapest option.
Failing that you may have to get a removalist from your area to take it up for you.
