Issues with company

Hi, before half of your post is deleted,  you seem to be aware of the 45 day paypal limit and that is where you will now be up against it if you are still having trouble with this seller. You dont say a lot regarding the item, but if it is electrical and maybe not approved, you could go that path with them and maybe get some result....maybe.

Does DOA mean Dead On Arrival, cause it took me a while to think what it may mean.

You can't name and shame sellers, it's against E-Bay policy.

I don't buy electricals on E-Bay but did it once from an Aussie seller, an electronic weighing scale.

Item was very good price BUT had issues with counter display as some of the lines did not light up on the numbers so a little hard to tell the weight sometimes.

Sent email expressing disappointment, but didn't ask for anything, soon after the item was withdrawn from sale.

Guess they realised their product was generally defective.

My experience as a seller has been, for last few years products coming from the same manufacturers have suddenly dropped in quality, without the retail seller being told about the change. The seller only finds out after customers start complaining.

I accepted I had got a really good price and the item was still usable so I left it at that.

I wonder how much it cost the seller to scrap the rest of their stock as you usually can't return it overseas.

I had to 'wear' the loss on an order of ties that came wrong and no-one wants to buy them!

no seller can stall you, only you, the buyer can do the stalling.   Obviously if you open and escalate a claim with paypal you get your $$ back and no seller can stall that.

as an on line buyer you need to know your rights and exercise them.
