I bought an item on July 23rd, have not received it. It's been 24 days, I have msg seller twice, what should I do?

if you paid with paypal open an item not received dispute now, you have given the seller enough time

As item is only located in Victoria there is no way in the world that you shouldn't have received it by now.
And if seller is failing to respond,even more reason to open a dispute NOW.

Go to your purchase summary and on the right hand side click on the down arrow - click on resolve a problem and follow the instructions through paypal. It is fairly clear, just take your time to get it right.
In my view, the seller should have contacted you immediately they were aware you hadn't received your item, very bad form on the part of that seller. However things do go wrong, so continue to treat them politely.

It was my mistake I didn't ask the question in the right place. The seller has replied to me, and I have learnt the right way to do it, many thanks folks.
