I put in a missing item inquiry in auspost website.
couple days later they rang me saying that the address on the posted item is not the same as my address.
I screenshotted the conversation and even got email of the transcript.
i put in did not recieve item request in ebay.
and now im worried that seller will deny the mistake.
how do I send the proof to ebay?

If you have, sit tight.....if you haven't, reply to the claim & upload info there

I sent some info and he just said "did you write this yourself."
text isnt gonna be enough i don't think. the item said delivered. but to wrong address and wrong name.
I have 5 days until ebay can step in.

Who said that, seller or eBay rep?
You can get necessary info from A.P. to upload, too

Seller. After copy pasting a part of the conversation with aus post online.
I'm starting to think he/she intentionally put false address and sent it to someone in my suburb. Just to make it look like it was delivered but not actually deliver the item. Its fraud.

You might be right! Just make sure that eBay has a copy of everything, even if you have to go to HELP (at top of screen) & plead your case......otherwise upload ALL info to your 'claim'

The only option I have is to send message to seller.

Have you actually opened a claim for Item Not Received? If not, do so and upload the relevant information to the claim.
