Ordered a knife sharpener in Jan 2013 from Niceforu365. Item has never been received; at various time tried contact seller.
To add insult to injury, I noticed the following feedback, NOT provided by me:-

Totally dishonest. What can I do next and what are my options.
Have asked for my money back, or send me a unit with postal tracking. No ansewr received.

Well Patchoo78, I just checked last month's negative feedback for Niceforu365 and there are quite a few entries of items that have not been received. I think in future I will pay extra and ask for postal tracking.

Don't bother with tracking. Tracking protects the seller and not the buyer. Also, I bought something from China a few months back and postage included tracking BUT I couldn't track the item on any of the ChinaPost websites, and when it arrived I couldn't see anything on the package to indicate that it had tracking.
Just make sure you lodge your PayPal dispute within the 45 days from PayPal payment, and don't fall for the standard 'tricks' like "if you close the dispute we will refund" or "we posted another today please close the dispute".

tom, another 'must do' is check yourself at your local post office.
often the postie/ parcel delivery guy, forget to put a card in your box stating that the parcel could not be delivered and that it is awaiting collection by you at the PO.

That is odd.. I have bought a few things from that seller and never had anything go missing, and they were always helpful with enquiries
