I purchased an item two months ago and have not yet received it. It was an international shipment so at first I thought it was just taking longer to get to me.
The Seller has agreed to refund me, but has asked for my paypal account in order to do so. I tried giving my paypal email address in my response but ebay stopped the message saying that they dont allow email addresses to be sent through their message portal.
What do I do? I cant seem to find any way to contact ebay customer support on this for advice.
Thank you all,
Darrien

If you paid through paypal the seller only needs to click on Refund in the transaction.
They do not need your email address and in fact if they send the funds to your email address you will probably pay fees on it.

All the seller has to do is locate your payment date on eBay in the Sold view then match the date and your name in PayPal and their should be an 'Issue Refund' button

I can't remember what the cut off time is but the refund option is only available for a certain number of days, if it is as low as 60 then the seller may indeed not be able to just do a refund although they will of course have the buyer's email address so it does sound like a delaying tactic.
