Item refunded however finally arrived

Hi

I opened a case for an item as it never arrived (50+ days and the DHL tracking was stalled). Communication with the seller on the case was fine. Seller agreed to place an enquiry with the DHL and we both waited. I never asked eBay to step in, then a week later eBay refunded the total purchase cost and a few days later the item was delivered. 

I want to understand how to return the money for the goods, I assume eBay took the money from the seller to refund me. The seller claims I need to tell eBay that it was delivered so they can get their money back. I'm not sure how to do this on inside ebay, the case is closed, do I just leave feedback?

If you paid with PayPal, you can go into your account and reverse the payment.

You will have to get their email address and send them the money owing to them via Paypal, in the note section explain to the seller that you got a refund because of non delivery but the order was finally delivered and now you are paying them for the order. Ive never heard of reversing a payment.

The email address is there when you send the payment.

Not always... I think in the past it was, but now it isn't always visible.
