I am disgusted that eBay allows this.
I shall refain from identifying the seller, as much as I really want to as they are running a con.
Price of item before BF 20% of "sale" $108: now $149 which after the "discount" is $119.20.
That breaches Consumer Law in Australia. Good luck trying to report that to eBay. I have found ti to be impossible,

I gather reporting for Price gouging did not work?
Obviously eBay allow it if people don't report it, it is not as if they 'check' listings
And you can't identify the seller here as you know
I hope you will also report the many many b&m store that are doing exactly the same thing
Especially right now with the black Friday sales garbage going on

How do you report for price gouging? Because I will do it!

I can't seem to find where that option has gone
There used to be one, not that long ago at all
Unless eBay removed it when the Covid situation 'eased' (which was why they introduced it)
I doubt using the Live Chat for eBay will be any help, they will just type from a script and say they will 'look into it' (which they won't, not unless they have had several complaints about the seller already)
This was their blurb about it
So it might still be there is the item is in the 'right' category

*Edit
Ok, my mistake it does indeed seem to need to be in the right category for price gouging to be an option
I forgot that was the case as it was a while back I need to report a listing for price gouging, which at the time was a face mask

Thanks.
I actually found a "report item" button hiddne about 3/4 down the very full page of text and photos and followed the link which took me to the "price gouging" option. Sadly, it does not provide any opportunity to explain the report and so I expect nothing will happen
