Go to the listing page and click on eBay Money Back Guarantee at the top RHS of the page.

We are not eBay staff here, just normal members like you.
If you tell us more, we might be able to offer advice though.
What's the problem?
The item has apparently been delivered. Is it not as described or was it delivered to the wrong address or person?
Edit: Oh, I can see that it has then been returned to the sender because you didn't collect it, so you should indeed get a refund. Have you contacted the seller?

The tracking is actually a bit confusing, as it says delivered and in transit to next facility (same time), so it is not clear if the seller got the item back?

Maybe you should contact AusPost for starters, as the tracking is all messed up. First it says delivered, then not collected, returned to sender, then in transit again to where it was apparently delivered and not collected (not sure if you live in the same town as the seller?). Not to mention that they usually keep items for 2 weeks before returning them to the sender if they are not collected. It's all quite weird.

No one can help with without some extra info.
The tracking does look a bit weird, but that's not a reason to get a refund at this point.
You can send a friendly private message to Aus Post via their Facebook page. They usually respond within 24 hours. Explain what has happened and ask them to look into the tracking issue for clarification.

At any rate you can't open a case before the last day of the estimated delivery. When is or was it?
