Name when bidding

I don't want to display my full ebay name when bidding. How can I do that please?

Your eBay ID is displayed only to you (when you are logged into your account) and the seller. Everyone else will see either a disguised version (eg r****4 ) that doesn't link to your actual ID, or - if the seller has made it a private listing, nothing referring to bidder ID's at all, just a list of "Private - bidder identities protected" or similar.

only the seller see's your name, all others only see for example my userid would show as b********0
