Need purchase history from 2016

Hi

We are slowly removating our house. We bought a product in 2016 that we need to match/buy again but I can't see my purchase history from 2016 as we don't know who the company is.

Can it be viewed?

Purchase history only goes back 2-3 years.

Perhaps look in feedback or the PayPal transaction.

Unless you kept old emails or can go through feedback if you left it and at it shows the product description you may need to try a hipnotist.

I forgot about paypal which goes back seven years but you have to download it.

Your ebay Purchase History only goes back to 13/10/16.....exactly 3 years to the day.   Use the drop down box to get to the end of 2016.

Your next best option would be paypal....even if you have to look at all your paypal transactions for 2016 it will not be a huge job unless you have more than one account.

Purchase history only gives the last 3 years including current to search from.

My last one showing is Dec 2017 even though I purchase every month.

So not even showing all of 2017.

That's why I always state 2-3 years.

Mine goes back 36 months to the day.
