HELP
I have wrongly left negative feedback for the wrong seller. I left it for stamps I haven't yet received. I should have left it for an underbed shoe storage box from China that was no good.
What can I do to have my feedback removed?
The seller has left positive feedback "personne impolie pas de message avant evaluation" which Google translates as "person [left] rude message before assessment"
PLEASE HELP!

GOOD NEWS
Had a bit of difficulty getting a number. Rang Ebay (using the ring me feature). Very helpful and understanding. As I had left negative feedback for wrong seller, they were able to remove it. He will not get a defect. Had to leave the same negative feedback for the other seller. I am not able to leave any new feedback for the first seller. He will not see anything after the feedback is removed. It will take a couple of hours to disappear.
WHAT A RELIEF

Ring ebay tomorrow and ask them to remove it for you as it was left in error.

Do what Jens said, but I'd also ask eBay to remove the associated defect as well. I'd also contact the seller, apologise profusely and tell them what happened. Tell them too that you will try and get it removed.
