I'm new to eBay and I have bought a new "BBQ from New Euro-Grille 100% Stainless Steel BBQ 6 Burner Outdoor Barbeque Gas Kitchen
SUPER DEAL! Free post to metro Syd, Mel, Bris, Adel" And what a nightmare it has cause me, I thought buying this on eBay should easy and fun and you can trust people. But I must warn every one to check the seller first, even I have done, they still lie can you believe that?

Anyway none of customer services which is by the way in Philippine doesn't know anything at all they just make you run around.

But very good apologies all the time.... Still at this moment they say have 10 in stock...hmmm but where is my BBQ ... Could it be in Philippine?

Anyway I thought very one should be aware

I guess a_beautiful_room you do not read information carefully ... In Sydney up 4 days... And you unable to leave feedback after 7 days.... You read my info .... Eg. 22/9 order ... Receive funds on 24/9 and dispatch on 24/9..,. Pls read the eBay and then work out time frame ...

i receive the BBQ on 5/10 ... It finally arrived but part a missing...can you believe that? Been waiting soooo long now unable assemble the BBQ 4 screw missing and cover for the BBQ.

it seem to be there on going problems... Either part a missing or damage... Have left massage and no reply I urge people to read the feedback or rating before buying there product from them. Lets hope I get respond... Funny isn't when you complaint or right on discussion board something seem to happen very quickly

Paul, even if the OP of this thread knows that it has been resurrected after all this time he is not allowed to name the seller on the boards.

If you have a problem with a seller of barbeques you should start a new thread and give as much detail as possible and someone will help you get it sorted.

I very much doubt Paul is still around on the boards, given he hasn't posted in the last SIX months, and the thread is approaching its SECOND birthday

You might like to try places like Whirlpool if you're looking for ratings, rather than dragging up old threads.
