No return label

I had a return request accepted. And I recieved a message from an email stating to click "see return details" to print out the label.

But when I click on it, it takes me to a web page on eBay's website stating that the return was accepted and the item is now in transit and thanks me.

But the item is still here packed right next to my as i'm typing and I have recieved no label and no option to print any label. I have not selected anything to say that I have sent it. I just got an email that takes me to that web page with nothing to print.

eBay stated that I must make sure I post it by today. It has been 3 days and there is still no postage label!!!

APs tracking is not showing it in transit. Sometimes Ebays "tracking" is out of whack with AP.

Have you tried going to your resolution oage in MY EBAY and looking at the case details to see if that leads to a link for the label?

They have not posted it yet and unless things have changed in the last couple of weeks ebay Australia does not have the capacity to create return labels although as they do in the US ebay has not made it clear to buyers or sellers what they have to do.

If today is the last day you can post I would call ebay (use the call me back option) and tell them the seller has not provided a return label. If it is a newish seller they may not know how to proceed. There are four options for a seller, create a label through Click & Send and email it to the buyer to print out, send through the post a prepaid ready addressed satchel or enough stamps to pay the postage, send the buyer the postage cost using Paypal or just refund the buyer and tell them to keep it.
