Non Delivery

On 7th November I made a purchase from eBay Commerce Australia Pty Ltd,   Paypal confirms payment  $69 however  my eBay account has no record of the purchase,  and no delivery.     Is this a scam?

eBay do not sell anything, you 'pay' eBay and 'eBay' pays the seller

Did you actually buy something for that amount?

Do you allow anyone else to use your account? 

Did you purchase under this account, another account or did you purchase as a guest/sign in via social media

What was the estimated delivery date?

Very very difficult for a buyer to be 'scammed' unless they do not use the tools they are given when an item does not arrive, or is not as described

If you have no record of the purchase, you were probably signed in differently - through social media - or you may have bought as a guest.
