These POP UP ADS have started again to the extent that they are on 3 sides of my screen and are infringing on areas that I am trying to look at and I recently missed on a purchase because of it

Use an ad blocker.
Adblock Plus is good for Firefox and Chrome.
Check to see if you have picked up malware.
