Paid for Item... now Seller wants more in Postage!

Can a Seller ask for more postage than woz stated in the Auction, after I have paid for it on Paypal?

They can ask, but you shouldn't pay.

Explain to them that qouted postage is all you have to pay and that you bid what you did taking into account that amount.

The seller may refund you, but that's another issue.

Tell the seller they cant ask for more than listed in the auction and you will report them.
