Payment help needed

Hi, I pay for a friend's purchases on Paypal occasionally but sometimes she chooses the bank deposit option (or does something which ends up so the Paypal option is no longer there)

How do I get back to being able to pay using Paypal, please?

She had a refund into my Paypal account for a reasonably large purchase recently so I would rather directly use the credit she has there than pay using my bank account.

Tell her to open her own account would be the safest option.

The ability to pay with Paypal is item specific, so it should be available on nearly all listings your friend is interested in.

If they go through checkout and select bank deposit, then the option to pay by PayPal will disappear. The checkout has been updated recently, so I'm not sure if this will still work, but if the seller issues a new invoice, the option to pay via PayPal becomes available again.

I wish she would open her own account but it seems beyond her to manage. 

I didn't think there was a way back after choosing bank deposit other than getting a new invoice sent, but just in case, it was worth asking.  I had a similar problem a week or 2 ago and the seller told my friend that I can do it from the buyer end (then opened an unpaid item dispute despite several emails requesting a paypal invoice!)

I also believe it's the only way, (having new invoice issued). However, I heard something about a member contacting ebay whom were able to reset the invoice due to seller not responding.
