Peer book not wanted after Po returned it

A guy won the bid on a power book Apple . It was sent to him then it was the wrong address and sent back . The lady in the PO changed the number from 2 to 3 it was 30 instead of 20 . The parcel was sent back to the buyer . The PO did not check the number change and just sent it back without delivering . Now the buyer does not want it . There is a debate on the address number who got it wrong in the first place . I reckon he should still have to take

Sorry but not really sure what you are asking.  Did you send it to the address on the Paypal notification?  That is always the one you should use.  If you have it back and in the same condition as you sent it I dont understand the problem.  Has he asked for a refund or what?

You really cannot expect the buyer to pay yet another lot of postage to get the item.

If you sent the item to the address the buyer has on their paypal payment then it is not your fault that the buyer or the PO has messed up.

If the buyer wants a refund I would just accept the item back and treat it as a change of mind return...refund just the amount of the item and not the postage.
